OD Coordinator

Primary and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Create and update job descriptions as part of the job profiling process.
  • Create and update human resources policies and the university employee handbook.
  • Assist with organization design, change management projects and business processes optimization as applicable.
  • Co-ordinate and provide support through the whole performance management process including but not limited to; system communication, implementing, and following up results.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Years of Experience: 0-2
  • Related major or HR certificate/diploma is preferable
  • Excellent Command of English Language
  • Strong passion towards HR Career
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
